OLAC provides University personnel working with animals the following information and resources relating to their duties of animal care and use.

OLAC offers training on a wide variety of topics and this training can be specifically tailored to meet the needs of your lab. If you have a training request please select Training in the Registration Type drop-down box on the Training Registration form.
In addition, OLAC offers an open invitation to our animal handling and experimental techniques lab. Times and availability are included in the training form. If you have completed IACUC training, OHP enrollment and have been added to the appropriate protocol, please sign-up by completing the Animal User Orientation form.
OLAC also provides Online Training Modules to supplement hands-on training. These modules can be accessed by signing in using your UTK netid and password.
Monthly Training
Approved personnel can access the Training Registration form to sign up for the monthly Animal User Orientation or to request in-person training.
